If you’re getting a Win32 32 Unknown error message on your computer, check out these troubleshooting ideas. How to fix Win32 errors Solution 1. Update Windows. Usually, when your computer receives a message with a Win32 error code, the application displays an error. Solution 2: Run a new hardware and devices troubleshooter. Windows Troubleshooter is a built-in program that must find solution 3: Run System File Checker. You can also use Microsoft’s System File Checker to find out more.
It’s also possible that someone previously disabled WOFB (Windows Open File Backup) for client backups. -L
bpclient -shopper my-customer-name
Assuming the client is NetBackup v7.x then if nothing shows up with the above command the log should be that WOFB is enabled, this is usually the case and VSS is mostly used because of the “instant” tool …
p>
However, if the client is NetBackup v6.5.x, the appliance can use the VSP as a WOFB method rather than VSS.
May I ask which version of Windows and which version of NetBackup client the problem client is running on? Try this comandu on the main server:
bpgetconfig -g my-client-name
If I were to say that the client is running version 6.5.x, keep in mind that the main server also shows performance:
Windows: bpgetconfig -M clientName | see "VSP"Unix: / i bpgetconfig -M my-client-name | grep - my partner and I "VSP"
Unfortunately, you are generally not allowed to post / reply to such a forum.

I have a Solaris 9 box with Netbackup 5.1. Works well for different

Windows Server 2003 Clients
You are using 5.1 so successfully and it works fine most of the time. Nevertheless
sometimes some client related jobs fail with call 1 (sometimes
success).
Here is an example: –
# bpfehler | awk ‘if (66 732 $) == print’ | grep WRN
1113427517 1 4 8 netbackupserver 6732 6731 0 windowsbox bpbrm with client
windowsbox: WRN – Unable to open file: C: Documents and SettingsAll

windowsbox: WRN – cannot open file C: documents: along with SettingsAll

windowsbox: WRN – Removable Storage Management: Database could not be sent

Has anyone met him? Why can’t his Netbackup client read them?
Files?
(I don’t necessarily need separate exception details for all of our

First of all, I can help others with a couple of posts.
This issue occurs because of a background analytics service.
(BITS) blocks these files. Therefore, Netbackup cannot copy them. PARTS
is part of Microsoft Software Services Improve (MSUS).
A generally accepted workaround is to add a couple of files containing either
List of Windows or NetBackup file types to exclude from backup.

From the information and the link, it became clear what the qmgr files are doing.
Someone below answered the list that I can configure VSP (Volume Snapshot)
Suppliers). As far as I know VSP is old for backing up open files. Idea
because I don’t need to manage excluded versions of lists because Netbackup can do that
just quiet open files. It almost sounds great. Now the problem is me
I thought everything was ready.
Nothing is said about the client side of the action. From server
bpclient senses that it is on.

Hostname: windowsbox

Free navigation: allow

Maximum job openings for this client: unspecified
WOFB enabled: yes
WOFB FIM: VSP
Using WOFB: snapshot of one disk
WOFB Error Checking: Abort on Error
But I stillfacing problems like: –
# bpfehler | awk ‘if (6 $ == 7069) print’ | grep WRN | Head -1
1113788385 1 4 8 netbackupserver 7069 7068 1 sqlserver bpbrm from WRN client
windowsbox: – shouldn’t open file: C: Documents and SettingsAll
UserApplication DataMicrosoftNetworkDownloaderqmgr0.dat (WIN32 32:

Did I really design a VSP? Is there a way to check this?
