Resolution
To resolve this issue, you can manually help the Skype Meetings Add-in for Microsoft Office 2016 in Outlook. To select it, do the followingActions:

2. From the File menu, select Options.
3. On the navigation bar, click Add-ons.
4. From the Manage menu, select COM and Add-Ins, then click Go.
5. In the COM Add-ins dialog, simply select the Skype Meeting Add-in for Microsoft Office 2016 option, and then click OK.
If you don’t see the main Skype Meeting Add-in for Microsoft Office Entry 2016 in the COM Add-ins dialog, click here to find a solution. The entrance must be blocked, as shown in the following screenshot:

In this case, make sure you are signed in to the nearest computer using an official account.
