Should AHCI RAID be enabled?
If you are using a SATA SSD, AHCI may be better than RAID. If you only have a few hard drives, RAID is a better choice than AHCI. If you want to take advantage of additional SSD hard drives in RAID mode, you can continue to use RAID mode.
