    If you are using System Center Virtual Machine Manager (SCVMM) to convert physical to virtual (P2V), I would say that the job might fail 60% with the following error:

    Error (2912)
    Fixed an internal error when trying to contact an agent on the vmmserver.contoso.com server.

    Recommended action
    Make sure your agent is installed and working. Make sure the Web Services Management service is also installed, and then restart the agent.
