Two names = “4”> and a month and a half late and I still haven’t solved this disease. I think our culprit is the driver, but I had no idea how the wrong car owner ended up in the main office and how to replace everything.
Our Unix computers show that you can run CUPS printing on a server where printers and print queues are exactly running. CUPS introduces our Canon IRC4080i as Canon iR105-M2 PS Ver 2.1. When I try to replace the printer, the Canon may not be available listed under Brand / Model / Driver. To this day, there are other Canon printers that work great again.

Two Truthsa month and a half has passed, and I still have not noticed this problem. I guess it’s a driver, but I’m not sure how the wrong drivers were found at all and how to eventually replace them.
Our Unix PC systems are referred to as the host This is CUPS, which manages printers and prints lines in one way or another. CUPS introduces its Canon IRC4080i under the name Canon iR105-M2 PS Ver 2.1. When I try to change printer, Canon may not even be listed under Brand / Model / Driver, but there are other Canon printers that work fine.
Anyone by any chance on how to set this up? Or maybe I should post the Unix forum last.

Do you really have the PS language you put on the Cir4080? The fact that you see the error message (# 853) instead of Pages of Garbage makes me think you don’t even have a PS. The driver must also imagine that something is wrong. If you already have a print of the Imagepass H1 and PS installation sheet, the PS model and options will be listed. When you deploy the Canon controller (internal), click B Nice Functions “->” Report Settings “->” Printer “-> and your whole family should see PCL and PS that you can print the configuration page, but the font list.
Are you familiar with Canon BrightQ? because I was told that people on Unix especially like it, but it requires PS as well.
