In addition to notifications about new versions already uploaded, what is this latest error and how to fix it?

What I'm trying to update here is my LLVM/clang version 8 (to 9) and I haven't been able to do it with Pacman either.

Hi guys, today I often tried to update my system, but I always get the following error

sudo pacman -Syu:: Synchronize package databases... literally in the know extra very relevant community aware:: Start full community update...remove dependencies...Looking for conflicting packages...
