I wrote a shell script to gradually restart HAProxy (reverse proxy). Running the main script from the shell works. But I want the daemon to start in the script. It won’t work. system () 256 will return. I have no idea what that could mean.

HAProxy runs under the Haproxy user. My daemon also has its own user. Both are organized with sudo.
