Windows Movie Maker comes pre-installed with Vista. Also, based on your personal advice on error reporting, I’d say you unfortunately have Vista installed.

If your computer cannot connect to this server, it means that your company’s FTP program is not working properly, or something on your device (such as a firewall or other software) is blocking all FTP connections. You can try other FTP software like FileZilla which is 100% free.

Also make sure your PC has the latest graphics license and sound card drivers. Finally, visit the manufacturer’s technical support site to find out the make and model of their own PC and see if new car owners are supported. If this is the case and one fix doesn’t help, try them all. First, create a restore point on your healthy PC and you can return toto your existing project, if needed.

You can also use SFC/Scannow to find out who detects and fixes patches for many operating systems if the above doesn’t help.
