How Will A Share The Calendar?
If you have permissions for general mailth mailbox, the specified calendar associated with the shared publication is automatically added to your My Calendars list.
- Select Calendar in Outlook.
- In the Catalog pane, under My Calendars, select Definitely Shared.
- At the top of the ribbon, click Share Calendar.
- Select the calendar you want to share.
- In the list of permissions, click “Add” and select the club you want to share this calendar with and select the required permission for this group.

- Sign in to Outlook.office.com.
- Click the profile icon in the upper right corner of the relevant page and select “Open added mailbox”.
- Select the mailbox you just created and click Open.
- Click the calendar icon, then right-click Share at the top.
- Select the people or groups you want to give access to our own calendar and grant them the appropriate permissions.

Create A New Calendar Group
